Refund Policy
Here at The Willow Tree, we love all of our pieces and hope you will too. However, if an item is purchased and you don't love it, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a full refund, minus our shipping costs. The item must be in its original purchased condition for a full refund.

Returning Your Item - the basics
Start the process by contacting us to let us know that you are returning your item along with any reason you may have. Then, simply package your item securely (you can use the packaging your item arrived in or your own) and ship back to us (customer covers their return shipping costs). You may utilize whichever shipping service you prefer, but it must include a tracking number. USPS Ground Advantage includes a tracking number and insurance on the shipped item in the shipping costs, up to $100. Purchasing additional insurance is NOT required. However, if additional insurance is not purchased for return shipping and the item is lost or damaged during the shipping process, NO refund will be issued. Once the item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. Once the inspection is completed, we will issue a full refund, minus our shipping costs, via the method that was used for initial payment. If these instructions are not followed, a refund may not be issued.
