Shipping Policy

Here at The Willow Tree Jewelry, we understand the excitement of selecting a new piece of jewelry and want to get it to you as quickly as possible. Typically, we are able to ship pieces within 1-2 business days of purchase. All pieces will be securely packaged and shipped in a gift box.

We want to keep shipping costs as low as possible while protecting your new piece of jewelry. Within the United States, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage and charge a flat rate of $10 per package, up to 1 lb. of total weight. This service includes a tracking number, which will be supplied to you, so that you can follow your package as it comes to you. Some purchases may require a signature upon delivery. International shipping (purchases outside the United States) will utilize USPS Priority or First-Class, whichever is most cost effective. International shipping costs and capabilities vary significantly, so please inquire as to expected shipping costs.
