Here at The Willow Tree, we think that jewelry is for everyone, but The Willow Tree reserves the right to refuse service and/or suspend or cancel an account of any customer at our discretion, for any reason. Customers must be over 18 years old. We reserve the right to change our offerings in the future.

Guarantee

We guarantee that we have described the item to the best of our ability, both in the materials used, item age, and the item condition. Nearly all of the items that we offer are estate pieces or pre-owned pieces (sometimes by several generations), so we do not know the history of most pieces and are not creating these pieces ourselves. Therefore, it can be challenging to be 100% accurate. Gemstones and metals are tested when able/applicable and are represented to the best of our ability. Lab-created gemstones can be difficult to detect and, while we indicate any gemstone that we believe to be lab-created, we cannot guarantee that we will not miss something. Please inspect photos carefully and request additional information, if needed. Expect at least light signs of wear on most items.

Warranty

The Willow Tree does not offer any warranty for any item that we sell. You should inspect your item upon receiving it and let us know immediately of any issues/damages. If we are not contacted within 3 days of receipt of your item, it is assumed that you accept the item as satisfactory in condition. If any damage occurs after this timeframe, The Willow Tree is not responsible or liable for any compensation.
